Got a 1995 Cadillac eldorado the anti theft is
triggering turn key it says monitor systems then
starting disable due the anti theft pull fuse for pcm
int wich is also for anti theft turn key and it says
monitor systems ok

it sounds like you have one of those fancy key fobs. Battery could be low for a 95. Replace the battery for from there.
