No easy way...Located in the fuel tank, 3 hours if you have the tools and know how to do it.. If you don't pay and have it done.$700 is fair.

has there been an historic failure of fuel pumps in Devilles? I have a 2003 DHS and I have heard that GM fuel pumps are notorious at failing at around 100,000 miles.
