Does some one know Where is the turn signal relay On a 1995 cadillac sedan deville? . my hazzard lights work fine but the turn signals stay solid one color,can any one help please!

TransAm77 may be right because I have never worked on a 95 deVille. However, the previous years placed the turn signal AND the hazard flashers under the driver's side dash panel. Yes, there are two of them. The hazard flasher is accessable by reaching up from the underside by the steering column. The turn signal relay is buried up higher and, on my 1993, is behind the fuel data center (to the left of the steering column). Getting to it requires a fair amount of disassembly of the instrument cluster.
