I have a 1996 Cadillac eldorado ETC. question i want to ask is can i use a pcm out of a 1999 cadillac deville with the same service number & have the dealer reprogramme it to my car?

If it came from same model,and year,and ECM # match Exactly,you can just put it in the car,doe,s not need programming.
