My clock doesn't work

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought a 2011 Chevy Suburban LTZ. I realized on
the screen it didnt say a time. When pushing
buttons I got Where you would change the time but
it only shows colons. It won't let me put any
numbers in. So on the screen where in the upper
right corner should say a time, its only a colon.
There is nothing in the Manuel I could see to help
me.

I had the same thing just happen... curious to see if someone has an answer to get the clock numbers back..

Well tomorrow I'm bringing it in. They are going to try a software upgrade. But they said it wasn't a for sure fix. I guess I will see tomorrow.
