Pinhole leak in radiator overflow tank

I own a 1997 Cadillac DeVille Concours.  
The radiator overflow tank has a pin
hole in the top of the tank.  Starts
leaking once the engine is on and the
coolant is pressurized.  Is there a
product available to repair this tiny
leak?

Try patching the hole with some silicone sealant temporarily but you need to buy a new one.
