2011 ford expedition was not start after its got accident , when we put starter
flue, it start , when the start flue  finished the truck stop

Ok, you are not getting fuel threw the throttle body. Either the fuel pump is not working because of no power, or something in the fuel system is wrong due to the accident. Check electrical wires and plugins, fuses, fuel pump relay.
