Leather cleaners and conditioners can be purchased at most auto parts stores. Conditioning the leather regularly, or as directed by your owners manual, will prevent the leather from drying out cracking.

Funny as it sounds.. Unscented diaper wipes work great too and they are cheap. I have used them on my seats and dashboards for the last 13years. Never a crack one.

Saddle soap is the best cleaner you can use as it is specifically made for leather. Sun and heat is the main destroyer of leather as it dries out the animal skin. I suggest you contact a leather worker in your area to see what they use, it will probably be the best. The leather geat I used daily in my law enforcement work was only replaced once in 35 years. I had it reconditioned yearly by a retired leather worker who specialized leather upkeep and restoration. It does have a slight oily feel to it after refinishing, but can be buffed off. The trick is to keep the inside of the leather soft. May I suggest, If at all possible, keep the seats covered with some sort of cloth when not in use, expecially if the vehicle will be parked in direct sun for extended periods of time. Sun and heat are the enemy.
