Blower for heat and AC only working very low

The blower is only blowing very low. The system is automatic but even when
adjusted manually or put to any other setting it still doesn't work.I do feel the
heat and AC slightly. I checked fuses and relay they are ok. Changed resistor
but that didn't help. Do you have any suggestions what it might be?

Thank you! I tapped the blower motor with a rubber mallet and it started working again. Just love an easy fix but I will probable have to replace the blower soon.
