Maybe something wrong with multifunction switch? Note the diagram, see the two 10 amp fuses, those are for lo beam, right and left. I wouldn't think both fuses would go out at same time. You can use test light to check for voltage at those fuses, headlamp switch and lo beams on. If no voltage, the voltage comes from multifunction switch.
