I have a 2007 f150 xlt 4x4 and the p1000 code is on and I
need to get emission. I have been over 1000 miles stop and
go highway ECT. why won't the parameters reset?

needs to be a certain temperature,needs enough fuel,and cats need to be warmed up but the biggest problem is outside temp.is it cold were you are?
