07 f150 tranmisson problems

Tranmisson is acting up so I put a code reader on it
and it comes back as the output sencer so I
change it and it keeps doing the same thing as
before but now it's getting worse.  What could be
the problem

How is it acting up? How old is your tranny? Tranny's fluid level sometime is very specific.

How many miles on the transmission? Have you changed the fluid and filter lately?
