2007 Ford F-150 won't start replace the starter already

I have a 2000 Ford F-150 STX I replaced the starter
and now it just clicks once in the starter and in the
fuse box there's a constant clicking while the keys
turned on like I'm trying to start the car

First, remove the starter relay from the fuse box and check it. A video on the net will show the proper procedure. If good, you've eliminated one possibility. Then move on to the circuitry going to the starter.
