Why my truck won't move

I drove into my driveway and then I went to back up
and nothing it wouldn't go forward or reverse

Sometimes there is a bushing in the shifting linkage under the vehicle that wears out. $20 part at auto parts store.
What you're experiencing is a classic sign of transmission fluid being too low and/or too dirty for the transmission to perform. I'm guessing you're not big on maintenance. Change the fluid and filter if you have one, then it should perform properly. If not, you might have done damage and should have the trans diagnosed by an expert.
