Cadillac Deville will not start

I have a 2000 Cadillac Deville that will not start without starter fluid.  I took it to the shop and they replaced the fuel pump, still has the same problem.

Did it not start at the shop when you picked it up? I would take it back to them (and ask for a refund on the fix that was not the cause of the problem). Maybe you have a clogged fuel filter.

if they won't honor their work find someone else , things should be tested before replacing parts ,
