2000 deville ,headlights ,taillightsand cornering lamps are fine,no turnsignals or indicater lights on the instrument cluster ive replaced tun signal assembly and the flassher still no turn signals

I think your vehicle may have two flasher units. One for the emergency flashers and one for the turn signals. Typically, the emergency flasher unit is accessable from under the dash but the turn signal one is accessed through the upper portion of the dash. If I am right, you may have replaced the wrong flasher unit and the problem will go away if the other unit is replaced.
