You can work a deal with the seller, but it might be tough to get a resolution. Since you do own the car now. Will it have a warranty? Personally I would never purchase a vehicle with only photos and a description. If you really want it , have a third party inspection company look it over for you . lemonsquad is such a service.

This is why Carvana and Carmax will take a huge share of the market someday when people get sick of these ruthless, con artist thieves (car salesmen), who legally get away with stealing and lying from people . Yes I had a horrible experience before and I only buy from Carmax and Carvana from now on. Sorry for your loss!
