What is the stability system and where is it located and what do I have to do to repair the system

It keeps cutting off  every sharp turn I make

The stability control system uses a number of sensor (wheel speed, steering wheel angle and accelerometers) to determine whether the car is in danger of losing control. If there are any problems with it you're pretty much screwed unless you have the specialist diagnostic equipment for it.
