Code Reader showed radiator fan motor needed replacing which was done but Service Engine Soon Light needs to be reset now.

My Service Engine Soon light came on in my 2002 Cadillac ETC.  Code reader reference fan motor which was replaced.  Afterward, Service Engine Soon light was still lit.  How do I turn the Service engine Soon light off now that the item referenced has been repaired.

If your car was serviced recently, I would use the OBD1 or an OBD2 scanner to erase the info. you can buy it at a good price on Ebay or Amazon.
