Check under the seat for obstructions, and dirt. Maybe lube the slides? Power seat? Are the seat electric motors still working?

- No obstructions - I'll lube but don't hear any straining - Motors work - Does the padding collapse over time?

I have the same issue, however I cannot figure out how to get the panel off from the lever.... U_U can someone help me with that one? The panel is all busted up from where my bf keeps trying to rip it off, but the lever has no clearance.. I think the motor in the seat just wears down over time, for some reason it still hums, but won't move up/down. I did find that pumping it worked in the beginning, but it eventually stopped working, too. :/
