Dija mix antifreeze, if so check to make sure didn't gel. Did u maybe put in thermostat backwards. Let us know wat happens my friend!
have a pressure test done to see if it is the head gasket. if you purchase a head gasket fix make sure it says for northstar. You can find one the web for about 180.00 but it says for n/star engins
