I have a 2002 cadillac deville that is blowing fuses every time and not starting please help I need my car because of my ministry to help disabled people...

I replaced the fuses and charged battery, but it blows the fuses and won't start...It started
when  fuses were first replaced then drove for a while and cut off and wouldn't restart...

what fuse/fuses????? first thing to check is the if the amps are correct..and massage all the other fuses a little..

It's the 15 amps and they keep blowing when you put them in the box under hood and under back seat...

They are navigation fuses according to my booklet...Why they are messing with those to start my car is beyond my comprehension Kelly...lol....Please help?
