abs,brake, vehicle dynamics control light comes on and goes off after awhile

My 2011 Subaru outback abs,brake, vehicle  dynamics control  light comes on
and after awhile will go off.  I replaced rear brake pads and  rotors 2 weeks ago.
Front brake pads in fall 2018 and I had  front left and 2 rear  wheel bearings
changed last August 2018.

Without knowing the ABS system codes I will guess that you have a problem wheel speed sensor.
