When to change timing belt

I believe it is every 60k miles but read your service schedule that came with your car or call your dealer.

I think the general consensus is 100k. I recommend finding a trusted, independent mechanic instead of the dealer. Cost to replace timing belt, water pump, serpentine belt, etc should be in the neighborhood of $800. Might be a good opportunity to replace motor mounts and other wear items while everything is opened up.
