Why are the front and rear passenger floors soaking wet?

The front and rear passenger floors are extremely wet.  Carpet pulled back and
water is on the floor board and the foam/carpet is soaked.   Not sticky or
sweet, so not antifreeze.  
Where exactly is the a/c drain line on a 2011 Malibu?
