My 2011 Chevy Malibu won't start the lock icon is
coming on when I turn the key what do I do?

Have you removed the radio/stereo head unit at all? Or have you disconnected any wires/plastic connections anywhere on the vehicle? If you can get the car to turn on (not start the engine, just key in the "on" position) plug in a scanner into the OBDII connection below the steering wheel and retrieve all codes.
