2011 Malibu Bluetooth/onstar speker failure

I have a 2011 Malibu and the onstar speakers suddenly stopped working with my cell phone blutooth, the bluetooth fuse is fine, the radio still properly cut out on in incoming call, but no sound comes through the onstar speakers like it used to.  I do not subscribe to Onstar and never have.  HELP!!!
