Need help with a radio problem

The stock radio is messed up can I take a radio out
of another one and put it in or will it mess anything
up.?

It will be fine just un hook the battery so it wont trip anything. Depending on the year and make you should just be able to plug in the new one if not you can buy a kit that you plug into your old wires into the new stero.
