The alarm goes off by itself and the trunk pops open.

Multiple troubles with electronics. The wipers will stop in the middle for no reason, dome
light stays on, car starts by itself. The alarm goes off at least once or twice a week and
will pop the trunk at the same time.  Put in an after market remote start. Problems are
sporadic, tried putting fob away and still happens.

I'd go back to where you got the remote start installed. It could be an issue with how the wiring was grounded or perhaps they introduced a short circuit.
