Why is my car still idled so high?

What's up everybody... my deville has I high idle
when in park and while driving to where i have to
hold 2 feet on the brake to stop it. I've changed the
IAC and TPS and the car is still doing the same
thing I've checked for leaks and these none .. any
suggestions on what's next?

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Check your vacuum hoses and gasket areas around the throttle body and intake manifold. Also check the hoses going to the charcoal canister. For testing purposes unplug the IAC and start the engine. The check engine light will come on, ignore it. With the IAC unplugged you should have a very low idle. If you do, inspect the wires going to the IAC for damage. Hope that helps! Jim
