Car won't move have to rev really high in order to crawl

I replaced the clutch master and slave on my 2004
525i BMW and car drove fine with broken part I
bought the parts to replace the broken one's now
my car doesn't want to move u have to rev it really
high in order for the cAR to crawl. Any ideas what
the problem is?
