HOW DO I GET THE ANTI LOCK OFF

When was the last time you serviced your brakes? Was the sensor replaced? You could possibly have a locked caliper or your emergency brake cable could have snapped. That's just my guess without seeing it in person.
Did the engine rev up when you pressed the gas? Your best bet would be getting the codes read out of the DSC module that would point you in the right direction.
