Oil. Mixing in water bottel

There is oil mixing in the water bottle in my e90
325 2006 model i opened the oil cap and the cam
and lifeters are still clean. Drove 200km and the
heat remained at 95 degrees. What might be the
problem

Normally when oil gets into the coolant tank a head gasket is the most likely problem.
