have a 2006 325I and cannot close windows or operate drivers rear view mirror

Try to close the windows with your key or remote. If it works the master could be damaged or it could be the door module if it does not work. But it will really help if you read the codes.

Sounds like your drivers switch block is having issues. Not sure how good your mechanical and electrical skills are but this can get messy fast.
