80,000 miles, great condition but a lemon buy back. problem (jerking when shifting) never ever observed. how much does the car worth?

With 80,000 the buy back issue is tens of thousands of miles past. Unles this was in a state with used car lemon laws.
James will an actual answer follow? Not much of an answer yet. I stated facts - you stated emotions. Every system has a flaw. Buy back is one of such. Sometimes cars get the lemon title due to driver's personal preferences that has nothing to do with the car's actual performance. I'm not a dealer but have driven awesome salvaged, lemon and TMU cars for less than half the msrp. I tell people these titles may not always be busts.
