BMW 330ci 2002

My BMW overheat when I'm driving slow in the
city I change the water pump I change the
thermostat brand new hoses change the
radiator change the fan and it still overheats

You didn't say if the cooling fan actually worked at low speed or not, did you purge the cooling system? If the fan works you may have to pressure test the cooling system to check for a cracked head, they are not a common problem. Hope this helps
