I bought a 2001 325 I BMW in Martinsville In from a private seller. The car immediately needed $1,600 in repairs after breaking down on the 4th day of ownership. How do I write a review about the seller?

I don't think you can. Did you forget to have the car checked out? A 16 year old car is at best a gamble so I am not sure you really can blame the seller.
