Staring very dificult to turn

Hi my BMW 330i 2001 model has a staring wheel problem, it's so haed to turn. Do you think it's the ASC transmission issue or what. I mean it sounds as if the is a problem with it, it's making this buzzzing sound as if it's compitting with the engine sound.

dude that sounds like something in the wheel well or power steering...check your control arms, control arm bushings struts, shocks. check e46fanatics.com for help those guys are very helpful
