Door pins not popping

Hi wonder if you could help.  My 330 ci's door pins wont pop and the doors stay locked when opensd with the remote. I can hear the mechanisms moving in the doors. The close on the key but wont open. At first it was just the drivers door but now both. They open when they feel like, sometimes the drivers will open (but not often) sometime the passenger. The alarm and imobleiser disarm no problem.
