Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a bmw e46 320i  and my ac blower motor
does not want to switch on at all but does work
when direct power is applied so i changed the
resistor and still nothing then i tested it with a
other controle unit but did not make a difference
nce could annyone plz help me
