1994 325i computer needs resetwont start where is the computer?

Agreed with Tom, most likely its not a computer issue but I have seen water damage from a bad water drain on the passenger side windshield flood the DME (digital motor electronics). It is located on the firewall on the passenger side look for the wiring going into the fire wall its behind the cover.

if you have an early EWS car, it could require an EWS DME alignment but this requires a scan tool

My car kept running the brand new 48 AH battery down so I put it in the shop. They put a 75 AH battery in my car and now it cranks every time!
