how to convert my seats to power seats

I have a 92 325i sedan. I just replaced
origional heated Manuel seats to power
seats from a 02 325i sedan. I suppose the
wiring is not there to make my seats
work. What do I have to do? Is it simple
to do?

the seats out of an 02 use a control unit that is liinked to the general module. it is possible to make it work, anything is possible however this may take alot of work. Just FYI.
