Jeep Grand Cherokee will not start

My father has a jeep grand Cherokee, it has power
but it will not turn over or start. We do not know
what's wrong. Please help?

If the battery is 4 years old or older,it's time for a replacement.

Yes, start by the most obvious, replace the battery if over 3 years. You can remove and clean the battery terminals first, just in case.
