My car runs bad after 30 min of driving

My car run perfectly when I start it but after 30 min  from
driving it become very weak and the engine sound become
higher    also the performance become very bad  I checked
the fuel pump pressure it is good

Check the catalytic converter. Any strange smell when it starts running poorly? Sounds like the catalytic converter is heating up and causing blockage of the exhaust.
