Jeep not starting

Will installing a remote starter help with the
issue the jeeps are having with the no start
,no nothing when trying to start with key ?

The issue seems to be a real problem with jeeps . it has to do with key switch / ignition switch. See tons of posts about it. Installing remote seems to me like it should illuminate the key , so wouldn't that fix the problem?
