Heating not working in front seats

Asked by Guru92ZMJT Apr 14, 2023 at 05:46 PM about the 2011 Lincoln MKX AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2011 Lincoln MKX, that I bought a few months back.

The heating in the front seats are not working; it's working fine for the rear seats.

Is this a common issue? Where should I start investigating?

Seat heating is electrical resistance. There is a fault leading to the seats. As it's both front seats, I suspect that an electrical connection to the front seats is either disconnected or burned out.
