Fog lights activate 4 way flasher

When my headlights and markers are turned off, everything works fine,
signals and all. If i turn on the park lights, RH signal is very fast. Left is normal,
no bulbs out and works fine when lights are off. If I turn on the fog/ driving
lights the 4 way flashers activate. Any ideas?

Found rh rear LED park light not working, so signal light would be a tivated to act as a park light (logic controlled) replace light assembly and works as intended. As for the hazard light/ fog light issues. Wiring harness/ plug connector on driverside floor, when wires wiggled could make them go on and off. Disconnected, relieved strain and now works proper.
