Rear window wiper fluid not working

I have changed the washer fluid rear pump, still
doesn't work. Can you please tell me where the
relay is located? The wiper works just not the fluid.

all I can say is be careful pulling the little plastic hoses and nipples apart they break easy , hit the sprayer with a little CLR that may do the trick

I blew it out. It seams something got into the fluid and clogged the sprayer.
