Are you getting a CEL light coming on? How many miles on it? What makes you think it is the spark plugs?

The over head coil pack would be more specific to the cylinder. Ussually an o2 sensor refers to a bank or the entire side off the exhaust manifold

V6 or 4 banger? Bank 1 is on the side of cylinder 1(v6..) 4 banger has only one bank. make sure u have sensor 1 it will be the first one exiting the engine. Sensor 2 will be naturally after 1 downstrem

If you know the CEL codes, that would pinpoint between O2 sensor (P0137 usually) and spark plugs (P0300). If code is 137, then it could be a number of things including: -Oxygen sensor defective -Fuel system running very rich or lean - check other codes first -Engine misfire condition - repair -Fuel pressure very high or low - fuel pump or pressure regulator Last time that Clementine (my 2006 Orange Aveo) threw a P0137, I replaced 2 O2 sensors, air filter and catalytic converter before she cleared the code. All I can say is good luck!
