Unleaded U15

I accidentally put the unleaded u15 in my 2011
Ford Flex.  Should I be concerned?

I would fill it up with some premium 10% alcohol gas or 100% gas if you can get it. One tank probably won't hurt it. If your car is flex-fuel then no worries.
